We have lovingly restored this beautiful example to make it the finest example we think you will find in the uk today. Its been mot'd, and there is not one part of this van that we have not repaired cleaned, replaced or painted.

we fitted a catering hatch, but we are selling as a blank canvas as you could literally make it into anything you want or just leave it to increase in value year after year, as there are not many 1961 split screen versions of these vans in the uk or france come to that.

we shipped it over in april 2017, and firstly joined the citroen motoring club to enable them to accurately age the van, we then had the very lengthy process of registering in on uk plates and dvla gave it 956xvb, we have a uk v5 now and a recent mot, to prove its structural worth, brakes, suspension etc.

it has its original engine and gearbox, we have fitted new carburettor exhaust and fitted electronic ignition to assist with reliable starting. Its not really the sort of thing to drive around, but if as a catering van it gets trailered to events and can literally can be driven to its pitch for a good days trading.
