A visual feast of classic Fords
Club and display cars
You’ll be greeted by a dazzling array of club cars representing the pinnacle of Ford’s classic achievements. From iconic 70s and 80s designs through to the modern classics of the 90s and 00s, the wealth of automotive history on display is staggering. Clubs from across the UK will be vying for awards, showcasing their meticulously maintained and lovingly restored classics. Be sure to immerse yourself in these collections and perhaps pick up some restoration tips along the way.

Display cars to look out for include a stunning orange Mk2 Escort restomod build with a period X-Pack bodyki, and a turbocharged Honda F20C engine (from an S2000) swapped in; Adam Pope’s red Fiesta RS Turbo, a very well-known car on the scene, with a lot of power and a concours finish. OddKidd Creations’ Sierra Cosworth will also be in attendance, unusual in that it’s now running the 4WD system from a Sapphire Cosworth. There will also be the Mountune MR200, a rare example of a Mountune-modified Fiesta, with a lot of neat aftermarket upgrades.

Magazine displays
Both Classic Ford magazine and Fast Ford magazine have carefully curated 25 show-stopping blue ovals from this summer’s Classic Ford Show and Ford Fair events to feature in a prestigious end-of-season Best of the Best showcase. Positioned in the central infield, at the very core of the event, these exceptional models will serve as a representative selection from our various Ford shows, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere.

Celebrating the Icons: Ford Hot Hatches and Coupes
Greatest Ford Hot Hatches
FordFest will also pay tribute to Ford’s greatest hot hatchbacks, bringing together iconic models such as the Fiesta XR2, Escort XR3i and Focus ST170 in celebration of the now-iconic Escort RS Turbo, which was launched back in 1984.

What started as a motorsport homologation special quickly evolved into one of the most desirable fast-road cars of the 1980s. 40 years on, both the Series 1 and later Series 2 versions have become super-collectible and FordFest will be bringing together some of Europe’s finest alongside great examples of the Ford in the Hot Hatch Heroes display.

Finest Ford Coupes Collection
The Battle of the Coupes celebrates two major milestones of the blue oval – 60 years of the Mustang and 55 years of its European equivalent, the Capri. Whilst homage will be paid to these two iconic models, there will also be a nod to the under-appreciated gems like the Puma and Cougar, Probe and Consul Capri.
