Rare and coveted BN7 two-seater, recently restored and finished in Black with Red contrasting interior. The MKI two-seat cars were notably produced for race and rally homologation with this model winning the Liege-Rome-Liege Rally of 1959, the 1961 Coupes Des Alpes Rally (as driven by Stirling Moss) and entering Le Mans in 1960.
This particular example, owned by a major Healey collector was fully restored with less than 200 miles ago. Pleasingly, the car is highly original with every single exterior panel original making for a high level of body fit unachievable with reproduction panels. The engine and drive-train is fully rebuilt and broken-in successfully.
This example represents a rare opportunity to acquire a perfect, turn-key example of what is recognised by Austin Healey collectors and aficionados around the world the best driving 3000.
This car is supplied serviced with heritage certificate of authenticity.
