This 1969 Islero 400 GT spent more than 30 years within the same family, and the last owner kept of for 27 years, before being bought by the existing owner to complement a large collection of italian cars. Previous owners were Lamborghini amateurs, driving the car regularly as it was often the case in the 80s and 90s.
It is a very original car, with good body lines, and its V12 400GT engine which was changed early in its life . Paint and chromes are good and the interior shows nice patina ; this is a car with a lot of cachet. This car is a good example of these hidden gems, with its understated and elegant design by Marazzi, and recognized to be one of the best handling Lamborghini thanks to its short wheelbase. It was driven regularly but well preserved by its owners. It is in good running state and will require light recommissioning to be enjoyed again on the road. The odometer shows c.75600km.
The car comes with V5 (2016 expired MOT) and history of Swiss ownership dating back 1973.
