The 1975 Mitsubishi Galant GTO 1. 6 represents one of the pinnacles of 1970s Japanese design, clearly drawing inspiration from American ‘muscle cars’, yet presented in a compact and technically precise Asian package. The GTO version, with its distinctive ‘ducktail’ rear and dynamic coupé silhouette, offers a unique combination of style and mechanical durability. The car has undergone extensive and costly maintenance, which included a complete overhaul of the braking system, chassis and steering. As part of the service, a newly manufactured bespoke exhaust system was fitted, the alternator and steering gear were reconditioned, and the engine received a complete refill of operating fluids, including filters and spark plugs. The car has a valid classic car certificate, is in very good technical condition and, thanks to the anti-corrosion protection applied to the chassis, is ready for many more seasons.
