VW Split Screen Camper style Kombi. Mechanically and structurally sound, with upgraded structure, engine rebuild, new interior, new electrics / MOTD upon arrival (even though its MOT exempt). This vehicle is currently overseas, we have another Samba reproduction in Silver Grey also for sale. Arrival date in June.
Please note this is an original VW Splitscreen Fleetline with Samba after market kit installed.
Restoration Works Undertaken & Included:
Bare metal sandblasting and replacement body work
Undercoats / Basecoats/ Topcoats/ Clearcoat (heritage standard respray)
New bespoke wiring loom fitted inclusive of updated electronic ignition, new pulleys and belts, new coil, distributor, spark plugs and HT leads allowing the engine to start with ease
Standard 1500cc single port engine which has been fully reconditioned with a number of components renewed
Steering box complete service
Deluxe interior, newly upholstered to have the camper van layout fitted with all brand new mats, also fitted with new door cards
Deluxe chrome trim. resealed windows, front safari windows, new door handles
Samba conversion kit
Full engine service and oil change
Break line inspection and fluid change
Brake calliper change
Timing adjusted
Choke cable added
MOT test / registration / tax exemptions
