1973' Volvo P1800 Es Auto

Presented in California White, complimented by a black vinyl roof with an integrated Webasto sunroof, the interior of the car has newly refurbished blue leather upholstery which is matched with the blue carpets and factory fitted tinted windows.
This timeless classic was first registered to and owned by comedian and entertainer Jimmy Tarbuck with his iconic “COM1C” number plate on the car. Over the following three years the car had a further two owners before being bought in May 1979 by a Mr Baker who owned the car for the next thirty six years until August 2015 when he sold it to a Mr Turner who is the last registered keeper. We have copies of the documents for the transfer of ownership with the car.
The ES has had lots of money lavished on it in later years with most recently a service carried out in April 2017. The Volvo comes complete with a nice history folder containing lots of bills, invoices, old MoT's and tax discs, also present is the original handbook and sales brochure. We have a list of parts that have been replaced over the years which includes fuel tank, stainless steel exhaust, master cylinder and callipers and lots more.
The car starts on the button and drives without fault, the automatic gearbox is smooth and the fuel injected engine pulls well through the rev range and is a pleasure to drive.
