One of the best examples of an original condition RM. Benefiting from original flooring, tartan moquette and tungsten lighting throughout. This bus has been loved and cared for, spared no expense. A recent quality respray and an extensive service history including major work such as a reconditioned gearbox and a reconditioned AEC 11 litre engine. New tacho head fitted and calibrated in last few days. She is a beautiful bus. She is also one of the best Routemaster's I've ever driven. Amazing power and torque from the motor, smooth gears, very light power steering and an all round comfortable ride. Class 6 MOT is on the vehicle. Ready for commercial work or preservation. Being a commercial vehicle the price is subject to VAT.
