Cost of parts and refurbishment without labour by myself or any helpers is currently around £30,000

My own opinion of this Alfa is that it is as close to concours condition as a driven car could be. I.e., its black smooth stone chip finish underside as opposed to over the top shiny paint finish. Also despite a huge amount of new and fully refurbished parts being fitted, I think it still gives a feeling of some originality which is important, it’s not just all new show only, it is a ready to use and enjoy car in first class condition throughout, functioning correctly.

Huge files of history and documents and all restoration details and photos.

10th December manufactured, 12th February 1965 sold new in Aden, Yemen and first UK registered 04.60.1966, original right hand drive, verified by Automobilismo Storico Alfa Romeo and Alfa owners club, club valuation in history file at £85,000 (Jan 2019). Bonhams sold a similar car in 2018 at £79,600

This car was restored initially as a personal project for me to keep in my collection and use sparingly on sunny days. However, I have many other cars also, and after a period of deliberation I have decided to sell it before I start using it, so apart from a few local test drives it is un-driven since the work has been completed.

It really is a lovely, pretty car and useable too. I don’t need to sell it so please no stupid offers. I am happy to discuss the sale of this wonderful car with any genuine enthusiastic buyers.

I may consider interesting part exchanges if they appeal.
