Alfa Romeo Spider is a roadster that was produced from 1966 to 1993 and enjoyed great popularity, gaining a reputation as a design classic. Largely assembled by Pininfarina in Grugliasco, these models were produced for almost three decades with only minor aesthetic and mechanical changes. The presented copy was produced in 1975, it is a car with the so-called second series. Originally, the engine with a capacity of 1600 cm3 was under the hood, which was replaced in the 90s with a more powerful 2-liter engine - of course also from the Alfa Spider. The car came to Poland in 2001, and its first user was Borys Kudlicka - stage designer of the Grand Theater in Warsaw. In 2007, the car went to the current owner and immediately underwent a general overhaul of the engine and received a new soft-top. Over the next years it was regularly serviced over the course of operation. Currently, the car is operational and drives very nicely, while the paint coating needs to be renewed to restore its shine, and the second gear synchronizer needs revision.
