The Iver was the top of the range model of the Austin 16/ 6 having a wind-up division. I have owned and enjoyed this car since 2001 and now have too many cars so reluctantly I have decided that the Iver has to go. The car runs and drives very well. The engine starts well, runs smoothly with no rattles or knocks, has good oil pressure, doesn't burn oil and has good compressions. The gearbox, clutch and transmission are quiet and smooth. The cream and black paintwork has a good shine and the chrome is in good condition. The interior is in excellent condition with the correct blue leather to the front, Bedford Cord to the rear and mottled blue and black carpet all round. The car is used regularly and is well maintained. It comes with a large fitted trunk. The car is priced to sell at £13950.
