The example shown here, a 1966 Austin Mini Cooper with the 998cc engine, was a later vehicle manufactured towards the end of the run in April 1966 for the UK market. The car was specified in the de-luxe trim to include a factory heater. This stunning Austin Mini Cooper De-Lux was built on 13th April 1966. Dispatch on 14th April to Lathams Limited of Leicester. She is a RHD home market De-Luxe Cooper finished in Fiesta yellow with a White roof. This is not the original colour, however the previous owner loved the colour combination and decided on a colour change. Over the last 4 year or so she has had circa £15, 000 spent in maintenance and restoration costs, this is shown in the car’s history file. A Photographic portfolio shows pictures of it's bare metal respray taken back to the shell. Also an engine rebuild was carried out; this is shown in the car’s history file too. The history file also includes various old Mot’s, invoices, photos, old adverts and heritage certificate. This Cooper has a stunning interior, reclining seats, Moto Lita steering wheel, new headlining, Inertia period seat belts and brand new Newton front seat covers included (not fitted, come in the box).
