The design of its body is the work of the Frenchman, Paul Bracq, strongly inspired by the BMW 2002ti Garmich concept car from 1970, designed by Marcello Gandini from the Bertone studio. It was in these years that the current image of BMW as a brand with a sporty character was born. Suffice it to say that in its youth, this model was a competitor to the Mercedes W114/5, although today we perceive these cars as cars from a completely different era.
BMW has an excellent chassis and also had a wide range of engines, including those that have always been loved by fans of dynamic driving. This car has a 3.5L six-cylinder with the factory designation M90 (Engine from M5) and is certainly one of those sought after. Additionally, this copy impresses with its state of preservation and charming color combination, perfectly reflecting the atmosphere of the last century.
This copy comes from Italy. The car has only traveled 94,000 km so far. Taking into account the scorching Italian sun, the clear coat is often peeling - this was also the case here, so the car was repainted to make it look as beautiful as it deserves. It hasn't had any bodywork repairs (it hasn't had any adventures) and it doesn't have any rust. The bottom of the car looks like new.
