Seller's comments about 1979' Daimler Sovereign 4.2
Hello, I have for sale an extraordinarily conserved Daimler Sovereign 4.2 from 1979.
I found the car in a very good condition throughout in rural Spain, being sold for spares or parts due to lack of complete documentation, the documentation is now fixed, spanish historical licence plates are on.
I took the car to a specialised mechanic here in Spain and he did an extensive restoration of the engine, changed the head gasket, changed the fuel pumps, cleaned the fuel lines and the two tanks, cleaned the radiator and the refrigeration system and restored the power steering system entirely.
The bodywork it is in very very good condition having the benefit of the Spanish dry climate after a complete respray in 2006 by the previous owner, the chasis has no rust or damage whatsoever and we just resprayed the engine bay whilst the engine was restored.
All the electrics work as they should and the air conditioning system works as well.
Honestly the car is the best kept one I have seen so far.
Opened to sensible offers, I am going to deliver myself the car within EU, or back to UK. Considering P/X or swap offers.
