MODEL HISTORY – FIAT 500 The 500 model was produced from 1957 and had a clear goal - to motorize post-war Italy. Initially, this role was assigned to the then popular scooters. The car was characterized by an extremely simple design and was able to take 4 people on board. The car is equipped with a small engine with a capacity of 499 cm3 and a power of about 18 HP. This allowed for efficient movement around Italian cities. The 500 has become an undisputed symbol of Italian motoring. This model is one of the most recognizable designs in history. COPY HISTORY The offered Fiat 500 left the Italian factory in 1971, where it was used until 2014, and finally went to Poland. It was bought as a wedding gift by the husband of the current owner. The car went to a family that loves motorization, thanks to which it has been preserved in good technical condition to this day. In recent years, despite occasional use, a number of service and renovation works have been carried out. The car has been equipped with a synchronized gearbox from the Fiat 126p, which makes it much easier to move around the city. The engine was also serviced (including the timing belt). Body and paint repair was carried out several years ago, it has minor imperfections that will not require a comprehensive repair. The car has new upholstery. Fiat has competed in many vintage car rallies and is in very good technical condition. 500 is registered on yellow plates. The car is also equipped with a luggage carrier for the rear hatch with a wicker basket, visible in the photos.
