This 1932 Ford Highboy Roadster is a terrific mix of vintage and new. You have classic lines and flathead V8 power. But this fresher fiberglass build takes advantage of a few nice more modern features - like a five-speed transmission and modern tires - to make this a more enjoyable cruiser. This looks distinct in blue. The paint has the kind of gloss and shine that lets you know someone cared how this roadster looked in the sunlight. So its the right kind of hue to give this hot rod the right touch of high class. There are some minor signs of enjoyment because, after all, this is out to be a drivers classic. But overall this has an impressive style. The deep color is a perfect canvas for the white pinstripe package. Not only does it outline the classic Ford curves, but there are also custom graphics on the radiator surround and trunk. And because this is a true classic American, you also have brightwork in the right places, including the waterfall grille, headlight bezels, windshield frame, and even upgraded dual exhaust tips. And the classic steel wheels bring together this paint and polish package nicely while also showing off some classic whitewall style. One of the nice extras on this roadster is the removable soft top. The tasteful tan looks great against the blue, theres a glass rear window, and it even shows some of the wood frame for a true classic 32 roadster appearance. But we can understand if you want to run with no roof at all because the interior is worth sharing with the world. It features a clean look of a contoured white bench seat and map pocket door panels to match. The blue carpeting is distinct, there are side armrests, and the heater is great for early morning drives. So it feels like quite a thoughtful build. And it certainly feels sporty with features like the wood-rimmed steering wheel, backlit VDO readouts, and a column-mounted tach. Plus, have you counted the gears on the shifter yet? The engine bay has a true classic street machine kind of style. After all, Fords flathead V8 is at the heart of the hot rod movement. This 239 cubic-inch unit has great details, like 24-bolt Mercury heads, a Sharp intake, and two Rochester dual-barrel carbs. And while this is a classic kind of setup, you have nice modern supporting components like the distributor, alternator, and aluminum radiator with electric fan. Plus, the motor is mated to a Borg-Warner T5 five-speed manual transmission which gives you firm control over the power and the dual exhausts awesome soundtrack. When you look at the undercarriage photos youll see a clean style and a strong chassis. There are also good driving features like a triangulated four-link rear, adjustable coilovers, and a modern tread behind those classic-style whitewalls. Clean, powerful, and nicely finished, this is the all-around attractive build youre going to love. So dont miss this deal. Call today!!!
