It is time to let you have your turn. This is a blank canvas waiting for you to add your mark. For sale- 1950 Ford 2dr sedan. It was mostly restored in the 90's, the interior was fully redone and the original bimini blue paint was Maaco'd maroon. I have the original sales form from the dealership in Southern California, complete with the add on tube radio listed as a line item. The car is a blast to drive, the flathead rumbles beautifully, and it gets tons of attention when you bring it out.  I just drove to the Goodguys show, 45 mi each way, 3 days in a row... 65-75 on the freeway. It'll take you where you want to go... In style. I have held off on making any modifications that can't be easily undone, everything I did was maintenance and reliability. The only real change I have made was to convert to 12v / swap to an alternator and install a new desert ready radiator.  I have added seat belts, new brake lines, and I have a ton of toys for the car that can go with it.  I have drop springs ready, 2.5" front and 3" drop rear from St Louis spring co. To help you get up speed bumps or driveways with the drop springs, I have plumbed an air pump and have air shocks ready to install with the new springs.  In case you decide to swap out the flathead but want to keep the stock look, I picked up a 54 automatic steering column with a working prndl indicator and the wheel is almost perfect! I was considering running AC so I also have a Cooling Components electric fan and thermostat kit.  Want to keep the flathead but go finned heads? I've got you covered there too. I have a set of vintage Fenton finned aluminum heads and the matching 2x2 intake WITH carbs and gaskets. All you need for that mod is a new distributor with mechanical advance. Don't like fender skirts? Sell em. Don't like the visor? Sell it. You could sell the running flathead for a pretty decent amount, they are hard to find, and swap whatever combo you want. I need the garage space back. Let's work a deal. This would be a great winter project, it doesn't need much to be an awesome car. I can arrange for access if you want to send your expert over. I'm a few miles away from several custom shops, so don't take my word on it. Come over and see or I'll facetime and walk you around and show you the honest car. You can arrange shipping if you're not local... I work from home and can be here to help load- there's plenty of room on the street for a shipper to pick it up.
