·         Ford Mustang 289 Fastback
·         First approved: 1965
·         Petrol, 180hp, 4.7 liters, V8, automatic transmission
·         Mileage: 78,113 mls

Classic, particularly rare fastback coupe with the indestructible and lively original Ford 289 V-8 engine, 4.7 liters, 180 hp, Cobra light metal valve cover, Cobra light metal air filter, three-speed automatic transmission, double-strand sports exhaust system with powerful sound, GT tailpipes through the rear panel, windshield with tinted bars, red interior, center console, foldable rear seat, antenna, right exterior mirror, high-gloss chrome-plated styled steel wheels, BFGoodrich 205/60R15 tires, radiator grille with integrated original fog lights, particularly attractive exterior paint in the rather rare original color " Raven Black", red GT side stripes, etc.

The present Fastback Coupe was imported some time ago from Georgia, USA, in incredibly good condition. This car, which was completely restored over several years of work, is now in exceptional overall condition. The car was completely dismantled down to the bodyshell and all technical components were removed. While the body was reworked inside and out in a specialist company, the technical components such as the engine, transmission, axles, chassis, steering and brakes were completely reworked. In the meantime, the entire interior, front and rear seats, door panels, carpets, headliner and gas tank were reordered. After the perfect paintwork was completed, which was carried out on the outside as well as in the engine compartment and in the interior, the car was reassembled. The floor assembly was coated with flexible anti-drumming mats for heat and noise insulation. The new body seals, the entire interior, the fittings, the center console, the ventilation, the heating and many other parts were then installed. The chrome parts such as bumpers, radiator grille, door handles, exterior mirrors, antenna and trim strips were also replaced with new parts. At the end, the overhauled engine and the revised transmission as well as the exhaust system were installed. The restoration has just been completed and the car has recently been officially inspected and typed.

This example is probably quite interesting for investors or collectors of vehicles that are as unmodified as possible! The fastback models are sought after today and, due to the continuous, disproportionate increase in value, are very suitable as an investment, which is also a lot of fun!
The car has already been cleared, taxed and has papers from the Republic of Austria. It can therefore be exported duty-free to all member states of the European Union. Delivery by our freight forwarder who specializes in historical classics can be arranged upon request
