The car was originally built and registered in 1959 and its original owner who we met at a classic car show at the NEC drove it to Monaco while he owned it.
I purchased this car together with a friend in 1980 and the car has been totally stripped down and all parts have been cleaned inspected and refurbished as necessary.
The engine has been rebuilt and fitted with Aquaplane tuning parts i. e. cylinder head, twin SU carbs and water pump.
This car was recently featured in Classic & Sports car magazine July 2021 issue.
