This beautifully restored E-type roadster left the factory in October 1962, having been built as a left-hand drive export model. It was dispatched to the USA, imported via Jaguar Cars of New York, and is understood to have spent the entirety of its life in the USA in California. The car was imported from Southern California in 2018 as a restoration project, albeit in solid condition having lived in a dry climate. The car has undergone a full restoration by a marque specialist, including a full engine rebuild. It has been converted to right-hand drive. Finished in its original exterior colour of Opalescent Dark Green, it now has a Suede Green interior, with a matching green mohair hood. The car has been upgraded with wider “competition” wheels, a larger core radiator and upgraded braking system. The car has covered just 42 miles since restoration and is now available for a new custodian to enjoy. Supplied with 12 months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover.
