Jaguar E-Type is a legend car, an icon of style and elegance of the 1960s. The designer of this outstanding bodywork was Malcolm Sayer. It is characterized by a light and streamlined shape with a mask that stretches almost to the horizon. Enzo Ferrari himself called the E-Type "the most beautiful car in history."
The wonderful 1.5 series, i.e. the combination of the most sought-after S1 with the 4.2 R6 engine from the S2, gave an effect loved by collectors around the world and we are absolutely not surprised by this. This original copy was commissioned by the Shapiro family - award-winning neurosurgeons from Richmond, and then many years later, in 2012, it was purchased by a collector from Great Britain who, taking advantage of the car's good condition, enjoyed it as it is, superficially refreshing it.
Long before the car in this competition condition reached Poland, Jag was purchased at the Historics of Brooklands auction on July 7, 2018, and so began its comprehensive renovation, assuming no budget and the highest world quality. 2,500 hours of the highest level of restoration have been culminated in an art ready to win elegance competitions throughout Europe, and its chassis, engine and gearbox numbers exactly match the Jaguar Heritage Certificate number 35670.
An excellent investment in a car that does not pretend to play in the top league, and its actual level is appreciated all over the world with an upward trend visible for years.
