Seller's comments about 1972' Mercedes-Benz Klasa S

At the end of the production of the W108 generation, Mercedes did everything to meet the growing customer expectations regarding the power of available drive units. The offer included V8 engines with a capacity of 3.5 and 4.5 liters, with a power of approximately 200 horsepower. The Mercedes 280 SE 4.5 W108 was created with the American market in mind. Introduced in 1971, equipped with a unit enlarged by one liter, it compensated for power losses caused by exhaust emission controls and the lower octane number of fuel in the United States.
Presented by Legends is a beautifully maintained 108 in a unique color combination of Caledonia green (867) with a Brown interior. The car is equipped with a V8 engine with a capacity of 4.5 liters and a power of 200 horsepower. The copy was purchased from a collection in New York.
The car has an original interior (wooden elements, upholstery and radio).
The body shows no signs of corrosion or bodywork repairs. The 108 is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly. The original folder with instructions and service books for the vehicle has been preserved along with the car.
The car is sold on a VAT invoice.
