Seller's comments about 1979' MG Midget

We are very pleased to be able to offer for sale this excellent MG Midget, very well presented in British Racing Green, with Autumn Leaf interior. This is a 1979 car, and as you can see, it has been very well converted from rubber to chrome bumpers, with the addition of Minilite-type alloy wheels. The conversion and renovation of the bodywork, including full re-paint, was completed around 2010 and the car has been very well maintained ever since. The paperwork in the file shows that it has covered only 54, 000 miles from new, with a good long-term MOT history. The bodywork, which has been very well painted, is in very good condition, as is the underside of the car and the interior trim – excellent seats, carpets, door cards and dashboard. There is a vinyl hood, hood cover and full tonneau. This is a lovely car to drive, with plenty of performance from the 1500cc twin SU engine and a nice 4-speed gearbox. Good brakes, clutch, oil pressure, tyres, battery and new exhaust – in fact just ready to jump in and drive away. Lots of fun for little money.
