Seller's comments about 1937' MG T-Type
For Sale On behalf of one of our customers who is streamlining his collection is this Absolutely Gorgeous MG TA. First Registered in 1937 the car has Clearly been Loved and Enjoyed by it it’3 Previous owners showing in the Extensive History Folder.
Our Customer Acquired the Car from A relative who acquired the bought the car in 2014 and prior to his Health declining carried a list of improvements to the car.
· The engine was re-built with Rings and head skimmed etc
· New Hood was fitted
· New windscreens
· New fuel pump and carburetor
· New Radiator and hoses
· New fuel tank made to order
· Luggage Grid and new case
· All wheel cylinders replaced
· New spokes and Tyres on the wheels
· King pins replaced
· New wooden floor
· Rear axle seals with lip seals
There is a comprehensive history file that comes with the car that amply demonstrates all that has been done to keep the car running as well as possible.
As can be seen from the above list the car has been mechanically prepared to be driven and enjoyed and when you do get behind the wheel that is obvious, because for the age of a car it is great fun to drive and really puts a smile on your face with spritely levels of performance considering it’s advanced years.
Cosmetically the car is best described as Tidy with no major issues anywhere, it is a car to drive and enjoy and not a polished show car.
