My 1938 mgta MG6165 was bought a few years ago and put to one side in my unit with good intentions to make concours. It was to have been started after completing my Mk2 jag As enthusiasts know, some projects take longer than others and the Jag is no exception to the rule. So as my time is limited and I'm having to give up my storage facility combined with my hatred for cold garage floors I've decided to sell MG6165 and pass the car to somebody who has more enthusiasm patience and youthfulness
I have had renewed the brakes and lines. Waterpump reconditioned and few other things Car ran perfectly last year, but since its laid up, it turns but doesn't start. I believe it may benefit from a rebuild. Crank is fine, compression appears fine So the car is regrettably up for sale It was owned in past by one of the founding members of MG owners club and I assure prospective buyers this little car has potential to be fantastic
