Seller's comments about 1967' Morris Minor

1967 Morris Minor Traveller 1098cc, Superb Condition Inside & Out.Just two owners from new: the first owner kept it from 1967 to 1984, and the second owner has had it for the past 42 years.Since 2005, she has covered just under 4, 000 miles, with only around 50 miles added from 2018 onwards, when the most recent owner stopped using her. The odometer now reads a total of 90, 275 miles.Although MOT exempt, she was MOT’d every year from 2005 to 2018.She has been lightly recommissioned for sale, and everything now seems to work as it should. On the road, she drives well with a quiet engine that pulls strongly. The gearbox operates smoothly with no unusual noises, and the brakes, suspension, and steering are all in good condition. The exterior is in superb condition, with bright, glossy paintwork and good chrome, wheels, hubcaps and tyres. The wooden frame is in excellent condition. The interior is equally impressive, the seats, carpets, door cards, and dashboard are in great order. The engine bay, boot and underside are also in excellent order, reflecting the overall quality of the car, with nothing evident that would cause concern.Currently in Northern Ireland, she comes with a standard UK V5, so can be driven anywhere in the UK with no need for reregistration or import duties. Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the UK or Ireland at very reasonable rates. Please keep in mind she is nearly 60 years old and not to be compared to your modern 2, 3 or even 10 year old daily driver. That said, she is in very good order and I am not aware of anything requiring attention beyond normal routine servicing. The Morris Minor was designed by Alec Issigonis and produced by the Morris Motor Company from 1948 to 1971. Created to be an affordable, practical car for post war Britain, it debuted at the 1948 Earls Court Motor Show as the Minor MM.In 1952, after Morris merged with Austin to form the British Motor Corporation, the Series II appeared with an improved A series engine. The Morris Minor 1000, launched in 1956, became the most popular model, featuring a larger 948cc engine and a curved windscreen. Available as a saloon, convertible, Traveller estate, van, and pick-up, the Minor was known for its reliability and charm. By the time production ended in 1971, over 1. 6 million had been built. Today, it remains one of Britain and Irelands best loved classic cars.HPI CHECK. No known outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies, or insurance records of damage or theft.DELIVERY. We can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK or Ireland at very reasonable rates.ABOUT ME.
