Early history remains unknown. In 1990, this Packard Twelve was purchased by Mr. J.H. Berra a resident of St. Louis Missouri. In 1997, Mr. Berra sold this Packard Twelve to collector, Dale Walkser a resident of Mount Vernon, Illinois. While in Mr. Walksers care this Packard Twelve spent its time in his Vintage Motorcycle Museum, Wheels Through Time, where it was consistently serviced and cared and exercised. Under his watchful eye the Packard was restored. June 2001, the Packard was purchased by its most recent custodian from Walksers ownership. During this ownership, the Packard Twelve has been serviced primarily by Black Horse Garage, Bridgeport Connecticut. Black Horse have been responsible for all service to date, including electrical, mechanical and body with invoices dating back to mid-2001. Currently in impeccable order, this Packard Twelve is fully serviced and ready for its next new ownership. A rare find, it will be hard to source a nicer and more cared for example ready concours or immediate road tour use.
