About the vehicle: In order to be able to keep up with an original RS Lightweight in terms of value stability and increase in value, a lot of emphasis was placed on authenticity and therefore an original 2.7 S from 1974 as the base vehicle (No. 1048/1359 vehicles built worldwide) and converted very closely to the look and technology of the 2.7 Carrera RS Lightweight through very costly and time-consuming work. The car was owned by the previous owner for 15 years and was sold due to lack of time. A lot of time and money has been invested in our property over the last two years. Among other things, new tires were fitted, the paint condition was painstakingly perfected and the engine was completely rebuilt, extremely complex and costly. Modifications and construction work on the Porsche are documented by many photos and invoices. 18 years ago everything was dismantled down to the screw and rebuilt. Special attention was paid to building an authentic, very detailed replica of the Porsche RS Sport Lightweight M471. Engine: 2.7 (approx. 210 hp - with 40 Weber carburettor) Transmission: 915 Curb weight: 920 kg Tires/rims: front 195/65 R15 on Fuchs 7x15, rear 215/60 R15 on Fuchs 8x15Version M471: Knurled screw seats - rubber floor mats - needle felt carpetOriginal 1st Austrian vehicle registration and registration (Austrian first delivery).Details:Body: Regarding the conversion, GRP fenders were used on the left and right, of course the front and rear bars, as well as the rump (engine cover) are made of GRP, - like the original RS Sport (M471). This designation stands for lightweight version and weight reduction. The parts are replicas. Original RS parts were installed in the air filter box (plastic box), in all other Porsches the box was made of sheet metal. The tachometer also comes from an RS, as on the RS the red speed range only starts at 7.2 rpm, the other models between 6.2 and 6.8. 915 gearbox, like the original.Interior equipment: The knurled screw seats (flame-retardant Nomex material) and door panels are also very special and rare parts, both of which are replica parts but are hardly available anymore. Both were only installed on the RS Sport (M471). Interior with true-to-original felt carpet and rubber floor mats. Engine and technology: The original engine output was 175 hp with K-Jetronic / Now increased to approx. 210 hp with a 40 series Weber carburettor (matched with the performance diagram on the test bench). A sintered metal coupling suitable for road traffic was also installed. Chassis improvement with Bilstein Sport shock absorbers (built specifically for historic Porsches). Of course brakes, brake calipers, brake hoses, exhaust, various sockets, lamps, indicators and much more. Everything was replaced (all invoices for the conversion parts are available).
