Franay was the most important coachbuilder for the silver wraith outside England, he was appointed to supply royal houses, maharadjahs and aristocracy . From RR Silver Wraith he only built 10 units, 6 short base and balance in long. The short one´s were 3 drophead coupe, a touring limousine ( the unit present), a limousine and a sedanca de ville ( for Princ Talal al Saoud from South Arabia). For the long base he built 3 sedanca de ville (for Aristotle Onassis, Princ Saad of South Arabia, Princ Mohamed Saoud) and a limousine de ville. Franay also worked with Hispano-Suiza, Voisin et Delage, Duesenberg, Packard, Delahaye , Talbot and Bentley. The most expensive and exclusive car from Franay was the 1947 Bentley Mark VI cabriolet which is now widely considered to be the most unique and valuable Bentley on the planet.
