Seller's comments about 1930' Talbot Seventy-Five M75 C

"Automobiles Talbot", previously Sunbeam-Talbot-Darracq, developed the M75, a luxurious and powerful sports car that attracted attention throughout Europe during its production period. From 1931 to 1932, the French manufacturer produced the M75 with a 2.5 liter in-line six-cylinder engine, of which only 200 were built!
With its 57 hp, the M-75 reached a top speed of around 70 miles per hour (this corresponds to almost 113 km/h) and, with its own weight of 1,580 kg, was an impressive speedster on every straight line. The in-line six-cylinder engine is coupled to an unsynchronized four-speed transmission. The car also has four-wheel brakes (Perrot system). The spacious interior and the soft, comfortable seats also offered passengers very good comfort even on long journeys.
This model, registered as a historic vehicle in Austria, has been in the Alpine republic for 20 years (the Talbot was previously registered in Switzerland and was also restored there). It is registered, fully operational and has a valid §-57a badge until January 2026.
There are also extensive handwritten records and invoices about the ongoing repair work, which can be viewed locally. An operating manual is also available.******************************************** Other Prewar vehicles are currently for sale: Riley 12 HP Sprite (12/4 Special) 1937 and a Hudson/Essex Super Six built in 1928 (6 Cyl.)********************************************
