1968' Volvo P1800S

This Volvo P1800S was first registered on the 12th of July 1968 and has since covered 91, 573 miles from new, by only 3 previous owners. The car is finished in it’s original and incredibly desirable colour specification, of white with a red interior - like the iconic Simon Templar ‘The Saint’ car.

When we purchased the car a little over two years ago, from long-term ownership, the car was in need of restoration. Subsequently, we have stripped the car to bare metal and restored the car during our ownership; full photographic documentation is available in the car’s history file. The car was fully re-sprayed and the original Webasto sunroof was coincidentally restored by the same chap who originally fitted it in the car when new (he recognised his printed initials)!

This is a very well-known example, which featured on Series 23 Episode 6 - 10 of the Antiques Road Trip on BBC One.

To note, the car has working Overdrive and the oil gauge has been put back in the car.
