Seller's comments about 1934' Wolseley Hornet Special
My 1934 Hornet Special was in long term private ownership since the early 1960s until it was brought out of a 12 year storage two years ago. This is a Eustace Watkins Daytona bodied Hornet using the well known 6 cylinder overhead camshaft engine also used in MGs of the period. My car has the more desirable cross flow cylinder head. Since being re-commissioned the Hornet has benefited from new master and slave brake cylinders, a new clutch and the cylinder head rebuilt. New Blockley tyres are fitted. The car is complete with a new hood and tonnaeu.
