When I imported this bike in 2017 it had 1567 miles on it and two previous owners. The first owner did about 1000 miles on it and became unwell and sold the bike. The second owner did about 500 miles and then laid it up for 40 years until I came on it!
When I got the bike I put two news tyres on it, flushed the tank, re-jetted the carbs and balanced them with a manometer. I put in a new battery, new oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, HT leads and replaced the points with an electronic ignition. I put on a period Craven carrier and installed the new Irish CV number in the LED number plate holder which was on the bike. The bike comes with the original tool kit, owner’s handbook and what’s very rarely seen its Honda warranty card and booklet.
The bike has featured in a classic magazine and has won an award for “Best Classic” at a county show.
