Supercharged Special built by Darin Kelly and Martin Eyre, author of the book ‘Austin Seven Competition cars’ for John Miles, future Team Lotus Gold Leaf F1 driver. Strong and light riveted tub, modified suspension and brakes set-up developed by John Miles. Wade supercharger and 3-speed close ratio gearbox by Andy Bird. Custom 1 1/2” crank. Fast and tractable, at home on road and track. Fifties/sixties competition history with J. Miles, more recent participation in VSCC and other European events.
