1948' Ford

Check out this very sharp 1948 Ford Coupe. This car is a definite eye catcher. It is power by a Tune Port Fuel Injected Corvette engine that was built by Street & Performance out of Mena, Arkansas. It has been road tested and driven alot with the odometer showing 43,475 miles but it is a car that you can get in and drive anywhere. The dual exhaust sounds good but the engine was basically built back stop with just a little cam which is what most people want in this kind of car. It has an Aluminum Radiator with Electric fans to keep it running cool. The engine compartment is very clean and neat and has red Corvette covers set it off when the hood is open. The overdrive transmission shifts out smooth. This car can run the interstate 75mph all day long. It was done in a flat satin red which is in good condition. The body is solid overall. There are a few bubbles on bottom of drivers front fender and bottom of passenger door. No other signs of rust anywhere. The bumpers, grille and side chrome all look new. The interior is really nice and comfortable. It has Tan leather seats with a custom built console in the front. The drivers seat is power. The carpet, door panels and headliner all look great. It has a leather wrapped steering wheel and tilt column. The gauges are Boyds gauges and they all work except gas gauge. It even has cruise control that works as does the wipers. There is a good sounding Pioneer stereo/CD player to listen to your favorite music while cruising. The trunk is detailed to match the interior. The power windows work good and the Vintage A/C blows ice cold. The back seat glass is stationary. All the glass is good. The tires and wheels look awesome on this car. They are Intro wheels with 225/40R18 tires on front and 265/50R20 on back. Fills up the wheel well great. The underside looks good as well. It has a Ford 9 rearend and a Mustang II frontend with Rack & Pinion steering. The floor pans are look good. It has lowering blocks in the rear. There are power disc brakes on front. This car runs and drives great. It has everything you want in a streetrod which is drive ability and good looks.
