Leyland Sherpa 1978 deluxe, was originally a van but was converted to a camper. It still has shag pile carpet and pine board on the ceiling. It is a real barn find time warp vehicle which has stood for many years. I have now got it running and driving great with new brake shoes, cylinders, new electronic ignition, plugs. Tax exempt and mot exempt. The van has been wax oiled in the doors and underneath and is in good condition. The drivers mat has been protect with carpet so is very good. There is some minor bubbling of the paint in some places but it is in remarkable condition for a van 41 years old. I was going to pull out the windows etc and turn it back to a van but have not got the heart. Very rare in this condition. Can use as a camper or remove the rear windows etc and return back to a van. I have more pictures if interested. You can use straight away or repaint and restore. Vans like this are getting very hard to find. petrol 1622 b series engine.
