1974' Volkswagen Passat Mk1 Passat B1

Totally original 1974, MK1, TAX Exempt VW Passat with only 14,300 original miles on the clock,
still has the running in sticker on the window, and seat covers from new.

Just needed new tyres, battery and wipers for the MOT. 
Stored for most of its life I bought it in from Northern Ireland in 2014 and have stored it in my barn till re-commissioning it this year. 
Its very solid underneath and only has light surface rust on the outer panels.

These were first of the new generation of water cooled VWs to be designed by Giorgetto Guigario, this one was built in the first year of production and really is a piece of history.

Included is the period Haynes manual, original service record and sales brochure.
