1953 BENTLEY R TYPE
This car must be one of the better manual examples available. It would be difficult to find anything significant to do to it. The paintwork is much admired in Dark Green over Light Green with Dark Tan interior. Apart from extensive work by previous owners (comprehensive history from new), in the last 5 years alone it has had a new clutch, stainless steel exhaust system, brake overhaul, new tyres and tubes (2000 miles) and bodywork including new lower doors etc. The handling is enhanced by an EZ electrical power steering system making parking effortless and Alpine touring wonderful! Most recently it has had an engine re-fresh. The original radio has been converted to solid state and the headlights converted to halogen. It comes complete with tool kit, original jack pump etc.
