Commentaires du vendeur sur 1949' Chevrolet 3100
When you make all the right investments in restoring a 1949 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window, you get a truck with an ultra-sleek look, custom interior, upgraded suspension, and a powerful 400+ hp V8. With less than 3,400 miles the complete restoration, this truck really knows how to make an entrance. It has a fresh and sleek look that starts with the maroon paint that has a gloss and depth that instantly sets it apart. This modern look of quality nicely melds with the overall vintage look. After all, this still delivers the best in classic elements, like the iconic five-piece chrome grille, real wood-truck bed, and desirable five-window cab (investment for the glass alone was $1,200.) Youll love the detail work, like the step plates, Chevy bow tie tailgate, and the polished 17-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. They expertly shaved much of the trim on this pickup, and so the light rolls evenly and uninterruptedly across the super-straight body panels and door gaps. And speaking of those doors, they are done with remote poppers, so you can always impress people just by stepping inside. The interior is a vintage presentation with plenty of premium upgrades. The exterior maroon returns on the dash, door tops, and steering wheel for a uniform look. The seat and door panels are a custom presentation of black with red inserts. Its almost like you combine the two colors to get the deep maroon seen everywhere else - a very cool touch. There are more thoughtful upgrades like power windows and an AM/FM digital tuner integrated into the dash. But you want this one for more than just the comfort features. This is a drivers machine that gives you upgrades like a full AutoMeter gauge package, Lokar floor shifter, and a large SunPro Super Tack II with shift light. The engine bay continues the outstanding presentation with smooth color-matched inner walls that funnel your attention to the beast in the middle. This is a 383 cubic-inch V8 motor. It looks clean like a fresh build should, and includes tidy wires, good hoses, and an aluminum radiator with electric fan. The mighty V8 inhales deeply with four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with authority as shorty headers that feed the rumbling dual exhaust. This V8 is part of a performance build that produces 402 hp and 420 ft-lb torque (and we have the dyno sheet to prove it!) This connects to a three-speed automatic transmission on its way to a stout Ford 9-inch limited-slip rear with 31 spline axles. The undercarriage photos show plenty of suspension upgrades, including the independent front end and rear sway bar. You also have rack & pinion steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and the grip of modern Goodyear Eagle GT tires. Complete with build receipts and dyno sheet, this is the sleek and powerful pickup youve been dreaming about. So if you want it a reality in your driveway, call today!
