1927' Chevrolet Tourer

This car is in stunning condition and is 91 years old , ideal for weddings , only 2 former keepers since January 1927

We have taken this Capitol Touring convertible in part exchange , We have verification a certificate which shows
the vin as 262-E-1927 .
This vehicle was manufactured by General Motors of Canada and was exported in CKD ( crated knocked down )
for assembly in South Africa .
So was right hand drive from new .
It was imported to the uk in 2007 , so is in great all round condition , it still retains period features such
as the wooden wheels but has been fitted with a more modern and capable engine a 1600cc petrol
to make it easier to drive on uk roads .
It was previously used as a wedding car by the company Home James and would make an
excellent wedding vehicle once again .
it has undergone a full chassis restoration at some point and we have photographs of this in a folder
along with an original 1928 repair manual
