This 1951 Jeep Willys M38 is fitted with a 1947 chassis. The engine is a vintage 1956 Willys Wagon inline six-cylinder (141-6) producing 90 horsepower. The ignition system uses an electronic distributor. The electrics run on a 12-volt system. Power is transmitted through a revised automatic gearbox and transfer case. The rear axle has been completely rebuilt. The vehicle features a quarter-ton four-wheel-drive configuration. The brakes use new, wider drums. The windscreen wipers operate via new motors.
