My grandads 1946 Austin 10 was parked in a barn back in 1957 and then not moved until 1997 when it was given a full body rebuild. The car sadly was stored poorly by the next owner and the paintwork has suffered. The body and chassis on this car however is very solid and has never once needed to be welded. The interior is all original so defiantly has the aged look but most importantly there is no rips or tears. My grandad is a retired F1 mechanic so therefore recommissioned the car, it runs lovely and he took it along to Goodwood revival with him last year. There's 57,000 genuine miles on the clock and I know heaps of history comes with the car too including photos of the rebuild, the old original buff log book and handbooks, even an original fitted valve radio still working.
