Comentários do vendedor sobre 1923' Ford Model T

Nothing is as fundamental to hot rodding as the 23 T-bucket. Many factors make this a hugely popular format, and legions of them have been built over the years in every style imaginable. And why not? These cars are light, fast, and fun. If youre looking at one, then, what it comes down to is quality. This purple monster is the product of T-bucket guru Mickey Lauria and his Total Performance shop. Mickey is a master builder, hot hodder, and businessman. He expanded on Andy Brizios Instant T program, and he acquired Inglese Induction Systems and Coolflex Hoses. The Inglese progressive triples look great on a street rod and they deliver superb performance. That they were the fuel system of choice for the Cobra lends some serious credibility and pedigree to the mix. They sit proudly attop a 350 LT1 small block set way back in the frame for some great weight distribution and appearance. Cast Chevrolet Performance valve covers look tough and they keep the oil where it belongs. The custom chrome headers have a sprint car feel and the sound is perfect. One of the legendary phrases of hottroding is B&M Turbo Hydro. B&M took on the daunting task of building transmissions for the first nitro Funny Cars. The sight of a built in Chatsworth California B&M Turbo 350 beneath the body shell is enough to bring a tear to the eye of any dyed-in-the-wool hot rodder. And its more than up to the task in this application. A Ford 9-inch rear completes the quintessential hot rod power team. More smiles are in store upon close inspection. Such details as Alinabal rod ends, a cool driveshaft brake, and wiring that would make a computer builder proud are signs that this rod will run and it will do so for many years to come. Often, a good indicator of the quality of a build is the rolling stock. Centerline Convo Pro wheels see duty on 4000 horsepower alcohol drag cars. They may be overkill, but isnt that what hot rodding is all about? And a proper hot rod needs big tires. The tread width of the Pro Trac meats on the back of this rod measure no less than 15 and a half inches. Hop aboard. A row of blackface Classic Instruments gauges look exquisite behind the Grant steering wheel. You can really get comfy on the soft leather bench seat. But the supreme test of quality is in the drive. This is, after all, a car. The steering is easy and precise, and there are disc brakes all around. Cooling is ably handled with a large electric fan and the aforementioned Coolflex hose. Multicolor paint with a purple base color sets the mood. This is a 1923 T-bucket with a little extra in terms of quality and origin. The bottom line is that youll have more time for enjoying your car. DISCLAIMER MAXmotive specializes in collectible classic and custom vehicles.
