1928' Humber 9-20 Weyman Saloon

1928 Humber 9/20 four light Fabric Saloon Reg. no. VL 525 Chassis no. 5291L Engine no. 5291L This is a very original Humber that was first registered by a company called Stocks (1920) Ltd of Lincoln.. The car is in very original condition. The 4 cylinder overhead vale engine and it starts easily and runs well and sweetly. All the gears work correctly as do the brakes. The interior is original and good condition, except for the carpets which are replacements. The Weyman style body work is well preserved. The metal work sound with small areas of paint work flaking a bit. The car was museum stored for some years before my ownership. As part of a collection has had little use. Space is now required. Some recommissioning is probably necessary, especially the petrol tank which has old black petrol residue. There is a V5C registration document with the car.
