Vehicle first registered 12 October 1967. Lots of money spent getting it to this standard over the last three years. The car has personalised plates to the car - 340 TMM - which, as a stand alone item, is valued at £2,000. Current agreed value (assessed by insurer - £25,000
The interior has full Jaguar MK2 seats with picnic tables in Magnolia leather. The carpet was replaced and all of the wood has been re-veneered and lacquered in the last three years. The black instrument surrounds have been replaced with chrome and the instrument lighting is now LED.
Headlights replaced with modern units with H4 bulbs. The heater matrix and box has been replaced with up to date versions so the heater & fan work well.
This car was resprayed in 2004 to Carmen Red (a standard Jaguar colour) from its original Blue and the interior was all replaced at that time (other than the wood dealt with recently).
Original wire wheels and a full size wire wheel spare. Most of the original tools are in the toolbox (some have been replaced) in the boot including a mallet for the wheel spinners.
Modern radio to be fitted with 4 speakers (already fitted) and has the benefit of USB connection and Bluetooth.
MOT Valid to 1 February 2018.
Engine 3,442cc with 8:1 compression ratio pistons all back to the original numbers relating to the engine and chassis.
Rear wheel spats are of the sports type, showing more of the wheels than the originals. All 5 tyres were replaced in the last two years and have only run about 300 miles since being fitted.
