1956' MG MGA

Unique 1956 MGA for sale.
This car has an interesting history - It was originally specified and exported to Kenya. Due to spending most of its life in Nairobi, it is in fantastic condition - and being a colony at the time - RHD. Heratage certificate and copies of the Kenyan logbooks come with the car.
The car was put back on the road in the UK three years ago and has only fair weather use since. Being spec'd for Kenya, it had no heater, but does now benefits from a hood, tonneau and a new pair of sliding side screens.
This MGA was the feature car in the MG Owners Club Magazine this August - part of a 6 page article and was the centerfold poster car.
The previous owner who was a retired AA mechanic completely went through the car, rebuilding the Engine, carbs, suspension and brakes.
Since acquiring the car I have rebuilt the gearbox with new bearings and syncros, and the gear selection mechanism. Also it has had the speedo serviced and re-calibrated. It has also had a full service with all the fluids, filters and plugs changed.
The chrome is all in superb condition as is the interior. The paint is in nice condition - with a few very minor marks consummate with age.
