1968' Volvo P1800 1800S

We have several pcs of this model, including 4 ones in the process of reconstruction. Renovation of this Volvo lasted nearly two years. By this time the car was spread out into pieces, which have been regenerated / repaired or replaced.
The body was sandblasted, repaired and tinned. Auto received its original green color.
The engine has been cleaned, painted and composed on new piston rings, new camshaft and valve lifters. It also received new parts such as the complete set of timing gear, water pump, fuel pump, and all seals. All is completed with regenerated distributor on new parts, the new ignition cables and spark plugs. Master brake cylinder, brake booster, starter and alternator are also regenerated. The original radiator got a new core looking like original one from Nissens Company.
The Gearbox got new seals and was flooded with new oil, mounted with new clutch bearing and new clutch disc.
Front and rear suspension has been rebuilt on the new rubber-metal elements. New shock absorbers, brake discs, brake pads, brake shoes, wheel bearings. There were remanufactured front calipers as well as drum brake mechanism.
Chrome parts have been re-coated with chrome. Clocks were dismantled, checked, painted and polished.
There is a completely new original interior. Armchairs were dismantled, cleaned and painted. New straps are under the seats. New upholstery dashboard. New soundproofing, carpets, interior panels as well as the cover of chairs and sofas, a new headliner and sunflowers.
The upholstery has been impregnated, and on the paint there was applied professional certified ceramic coating. The car looks like new. During the reconstruction we put effort to make each detail of this car look exactly the same as in an original, because over the years, there were many changes. So the buyer gets iconic car in better shape than the version that left the factory.
