This Mercedes-Benz Cabriolet of the W 187 series was first delivered on March 15, 1954. The industrial hall construction company Hermann Schwarz KG enjoyed the 220 A for 3 years before it was sold to Cologne. From 1957 to 2002 the convertible was owned by a lady who certainly loved to own it for 45 years in total. The new owner from Hürth, Germany enjoyed the ownership of this Mercedes-Benz for over 17 years. During this time, it was completely restored. Many photos show the very careful work. Of the 220 Cabrio A models that were only built 1,278 times, this model with its history and in this condition is certainly one of the most desirable.
