This beautiful Standard was completely restored by a retired engineer over a period of four years from 2008 to 2011.
The car is in excellent condition and has had very little use since. It has been regularly maintained and cared for. It runs and drives superbly.
The interior is like new and the paint and chrome work are in excellent order.
Being the Delux model it has the benefit of a sliding roof and tilting windscreen as well as interior light and rear blind.
I purchased the car in 2015 for my wife, to use for summer days and picnics, but ill health now means it is no longer used as it should. It is bigger and more comfortable than an Austin 7 and will carry four adults without issue. It has a folding luggage rack to carry a suitcase or picnic hamper.
The car come with a file containing the receipts for the restoration, along with the correct period manuals and instruction book. There is also a box of spares from the restoration. Also included in the sale are a 6V battery conditioning charger and indoor cover.
