It is with a very heavy heart that i am selling my dream car due to recently diagnosed ill health.
I have listed below some of the amazing details of the car but please feel free to ask any questions and i will do my best to answer them. This is far from your average standard 65 fastback.
Shelby wheels Shelby bonnet scoop Shelby side pods Shelby dashpod with gauges Shelby wooden steering wheel Oil pressure gauge Rev counter Wax oiled annually Edelbrock performer carb Holley contender manifold Cast original 289r heads Cobra valve covers Oversize valves Trw big pistons Trw rings Rebored Upgraded thermostat with brass air valve Champion 4 row aluminium race spec radiator Full stainless steel exhaust Koni shocks all around Shelby quick steer box Power brakes Electronic ignition Flame thrower coil Battery relocated into the trunk Battery cut off switch
I have an extensive history file with the car detailing £1000s worth of upgrades and work completed
The car has had a recent full cooling system overhaul including a new 4 core champion race spec radiator, water pump and thermostat including a cooling system flush.
The car has also had a recent gearbox rebuild and has lovely red gearbox fluid.
The V8 runs beautifully smooth coupled to the rebuilt gearbox and cooling system this car really is ready to be used and enjoyed.
As i am sure you will agree the car is amazing and will stand up to any inspection.
If you are looking at this car i will assume you know what you are looking at and whilst i love my car i do not know the intricacies of standard spec Mustangs so if you have very specific questions i may not be able to answer.
This has been highly upgraded and is far from standard spec.
I would be happy to talk through potential sensible offers including deals, allow viewings and i am happy to take people for a drive in the car. Classic Mustangs can be quirky to drive so i will not let somebody drive my car until they have paid for it or can prove they are well versed in American classics of this nature.
